Final material callout sheets for the 3D team. This is the last, and probably most important step in my work pipeline. Its super important to make sure the next team after you has all the information clearly laid out in order to do their jobs as efficiently as possible. I create a good amount of my finals in Zbrush as well, which means quite often I pass on my actual models to the 3D artists that continue the work after me, something that always proves invaluable and much appreciated - it simply makes their job easier and faster to do.
